Program Management – When a project is approved and our customer issues a PO, the first step is to work out a Project Development Schedule including the project milestones. When the PDS is agreed by our customers, our Project Team should work with the suppliers and customers closely to have all tasks achieved on schedule. The PDS keeps everyone up to date on the progress of the PO and keep the project on track. When any phase falls behind due to unexpected reasons, our project Team will immediately consult with customers to initiate the necessary changes and work out the prompt actions to insure a successful conclusion to the project.
